The Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan is an open membership plan that helps you and your family maintain optimal oral health. As a member, you’ll receive the highest level of customized care at a significant cost savings. The plan offers a great value and actually pays for itself, with more than $570 in annual preventative care for a much lower price.

 How does the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan Work?

For a low monthly fee, you can benefit from the following:

• 2 FREE cleanings a year (value of $370)
• 2 FREE sets of bitewing x-rays a year (value of $200)
• Most services discounted 20-50% off of usual fees
• Priority Scheduling

 How much does the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan Cost?

• $480 for first yearly membership (payable at $40/month)
• $400 for each additional family member

Q: Can I be turned down for membership?
A: NO, absolutely not. Unlike an insurance plan, there are no disqualifying prior conditions. Everyone is eligible to join the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan, even if you have been turned down elsewhere.

Q: Is the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan just for people who don't have dental insurance?
A: Everyone who needs any type of dental care can benefit from the plan--even if you currently have dental insurance. If your insurer ever denies coverage for a procedure, or if you have "maxed out" your coverage for the period, you can rely on the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan membership for maximum savings on the procedures you need.

Q: How does Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan compare to other savings plans?
A: With the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan, our focus is on the patient. The dentists who care for you also administer the plan, so we don't bear the overhead of costly third parties. Instead, we return the savings to our patients.

 Q: What if I decide that the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Plan is not for me?
A: You have 90 days from the time you sign up to try us RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the plan, you may cancel and receive a prompt refund of paid membership fees. After one year of membership, you may cancel at any time.
