Insurance Information & Financial Policy
Payment Options. Our goal is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important component of this mission is making the cost of superb dental care as easy and manageable for our patients by several payment options.
You can choose to pay using any of the following methods below:
- Cash (when treatment paid in full up front, a 5% courtesy discount will be applied to your account)
- Check
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
- 6- and 12-month 0% financing with CareCredit
- Core Smiles Preferred Patient Program
Dental Insurance. Core Smiles accepts all forms of PPO-type plans such as Cigna, MetLife, United, Delta Dental and many others. For patients with dental insurance we will work with your insurance carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. Patients are responsible for payment of services rendered and for any co-payments and deductibles that your insurance does not cover.
Our fees are considered to fall within the acceptable range by most insurance companies, and therefore are covered up to the maximum allowance determined by each carrier. However, not all services are covered by insurance benefits in all contracts. Some insurance companies arbitrarily select certain services they will not cover.
Insurance Claims. Our office will file claims for you electronically, so in most cases you will not need to bring insurance forms with you. If you provide us with accurate information about your insurance plan we would be glad to generate an estimate that summarizes your total out-of-pocket costs for treatment that is required and has been agreed-upon.
No Dental Insurance? Consider the Core Smiles Preferred Patient Program, an open-membership plan that can save you a significant amount of money!
Cancellation Policy
